From the first day I stepped foot in the office I knew that it would be a Comfortable environment by the Greeting and Professionalism Ms Shantel and Ms Tara gave me and my business, I personally would hire them myself if I could. If I could rate Regus zero stars, I would. If you're looking for an office space, choose a place ANYWHERE but here. The occupants in the office next door had a screaming infant and toddler. The kids banged on our walls and yelled from 8 am - 5 pm every week day. We politely brought this up to the manager several times, but he did nothing about it. Read your contract thoroughly because the manager was not upfront about the "restoration fee" charges we would have to pay upon moving out (we were required to pay this fee after leaving our space cleaner than it was when we moved in). Completely took advantage of my money. I felt that I was treated unfairly because I am a student. Aside from my poor experience, the offices/parking passes are too expensive and not worth the money. There are several other options for offices in Shreveport.
