Monica is the best Regus Manager in the world! Her attention to detail, friendly helpful manner is unmatched in the New World! Monica always greets me and my guest with a smile on her face and in her heart! Her desire to accommodate my needs is genuine and endearing! Occasionally, when I make a scheduling error, she is ready and able to fix me! Monica is beautiful inside and out and I love visiting her and conducting my business here at Regus Firewheel.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This practice is SO unprofessional its actually mind blowing that this is a business. Marquetta Harris does not care about her patients at all. Will hang up on you and just be incredibly disrespectful, this appointment was for a child..and she doesn't care in the slightest. This place should be shut down.

A great location, modern, clean and very well maintained. The Center Manager for this location is named Monica and she is incredible. Dealing on a daily basis with Monica is like having a dedicated team member as she does everything she can to make your business look good, to treat your clients with the utmost professionalism and to make your experience excellent. I highly recommend this location as the manager is what everyone wants when it comes to running a business.

The front desk attendant was very condescending! $2.50 for a cup of coffee in the waiting area!!
