During my holiday in Lisbon, I had a flight cancellation leaving me to find somewhere to work temporarily. I had no Computer with me and required access to one as well as a working space. Having tried a few venues with no luck, I was recommended Regus. Although Regus had no official workstations with computer access, Tania at the front desk went above and beyond, resurrecting a computer from storage for me to work on! Unfortunately the operating system was incompatible with the work I needed to undertake, so Tania was so kind as to ring around other venues on my behalf. Thanks to Tania I was able to find somewhere to complete my work. Tania, I hope you read this and know you really helped someone in need! Excellent facility, pretty well located with metro/bus/train station 150m away from the building. Lots of options to eat in a 3 blocks range, a shopping center nearby. Very polite staff, always availabe to help. I recommend!

Please think twice before ordering anything from this company (RIXOS DIGITAL LDA). We sent 4000e for goods we did not receive. We have not received a refund. The company avoids contact. I understand the problems in the company, but I will not understand the lack of contact.

Did not like the place, it seems a bit dated and overall tiny. The lounge zone where you can get with Membership is super tiny and not comfy at all: you just have access to 2 think-pods and several armchairs, that's it. Moreover receptionist got me billed for the daily visit despite of the Membership which is weird.

The Regus team at Parque das Nações is great. Professionalism at its best, but not forgetting to keep a true smile. There are no problems that can remain unsolved by this group of talented people. We love the space's organization and services.
