Facilities were similar to most Regus offices I’ve been in. The location was central to most commercial areas in central Lisbon. The hours listed at times may not mean there is someone at the front desk. Be sure to call the day before your reservation to confirm. Will reserve again if I am in town!

A bit depressing for an office. If you pay for their coworking plan, where you supposedly get a guest, in this one, you cannot bring them. Biggest mistake of my life to signup to REGUS and SPACES. Their customer service is straight out of a 1980s handbook. Hidden fees everywhere. Tax not included, cannot work on weekends, can cancel 30 days in advance ONLY if the month has not started otherwise you pay both months. And when you complain they say 'Oh you should have ready the Terms & Conditions page 8129'. Very very sad way of conducting business. Good luck trying to get startups and indie workers onboard. With this mindset, these guys will unfortunately only spiral down.

The space is fantastic, it takes advantage of an old building and brings together everything that is modern to equip an office and a very professional and super available staff. For parking, the best option is the Largo da Boa-Hora car park, which has an elevator that exits next to Grémio Literário (it is practically opposite Regus); but the Baixa-Chiado metro is also an excellent option!
