Avoid at all costs. Having read the mixed reviews I did not want to undertake a long contract and wished to retain as much flexibility as possible with the contract.
Here are a few nuggets that you want to know so that you don't fall into the trap that I did.
1. There is no such thing as deposit plus one months rent. It was repeated many times during the sales process but only applies if you choose a move in date of the first of the month. If you move in on any other date you are expected the pay the entire balance of the month plus one months rent before you move in, so if you want flexibility, choose your move in date carefully.
2. Having paid one month upfront and the deposit the service team on the front desk then hounded me about the other invoice just 4 hours after moving in insisting that I had an overdue balance. They are very very interested in collecting payments from you but not much else.
3. If you are on the floor with the communal area, expect to have children outside your door. Yes kids are allowed, so please don't expect a peaceful working environment.
4. The CEO does not care either. I took my complaints to him and was promised a response from the senior management team. With no response in 10 days I figured I would share my experiences with you.
If you are a young/small/start up business looking for a professional place to work, I am sure that there are better options around Kensington.
Sadly 1 star is the lowest rating I can give otherwise it would be a solid zero
Great location and the Regus staff (esp. Nisha) here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The business lounge itself has plenty of space and is bright and airy.
The only reason for 4* rather than 5* is because the receptionist for the building (not related to Regus) usually arrives around 9am. Therefore, I cannot plan to use the Regus co-working space when it opens at 8:30am as I can rarely get into the building at that time.
No internet today while in conference ZOOM meet, It cut for 30 minutes.
Tried to find Manager, no one at reception. Manager went home. No response to our office or information office by office. Many angry people.
Regus should get better staff and Manager, All I know is Simmy should be doing another job and not at Regus as asked who the Manager was.
I am fair and tolerate, but we had an important client call. We as suppliers looked like idiots!!!
