Below dissapointing facilities. Temperature constantly changes between furnace and fridge. Communal glasses & mugs are never clean. Kitchen runs out of clean mugs and cutlery by 2pm every day. Toilets are for mixed genders, cramped, not cleaned regularly enough and are quite frankly disgusting. Office never thoroughly cleaned, including floors and surfaces. Bins are never replaced, the dirty bags are simply emptied and not taken away. Facilities are frequently "Out of order".

just signed up for membership, really enjoy the space and its energy. Lovely staff and very welcoming Community Manager. Very central and flexible working space

Grim! Lifts and access keyfobs break constantly. A/C oscillates between freezing and roasting. Bathrooms are cramped and cleaned infrequently, so are usually filthy and often missing basics like toilet paper and hand soap. Hand dryers are worse than useless.

Ceri is the Centre Manager and is friendly and professional. Always willing to help and makes the centre a real community. Greets you with a smile and makes returning to work at this time very easy.

Building unfit to serve as a professional office. Only 3 bathrooms to be shared amongst a floor of 50 occupants. Extremely dirty toilets and kitchen due to no day cleaners. Asbestos on the roof which is harmful to human health. Have raised issues to spaces management numerous times but always ignored.
