Who is in charge of picking up the phone. I called today 7/19/23 at 12:57 . Girl hung up on my face. What is going on? Bad for business. Looking to speak to whomever manages admin.

The business lounge is not well suited to anything but working by yourself. If you need to meet with someone this is not the place to do it. BUT everything else is great, just like most Regus locations.

Be aware of this place. They charge you extra service fees without notifying you. When you try to resolve any issues with them, they are very responsive and rude. However, they will call you nonstop if you didn't make rent payments while you try to resolve issues with them. I can't give them a zero star, but that's what this company deserves.
