The space is nice and served it’s purpose. It also has a beautiful view if you have a window. However after canceling our lease and returning the key, we still receive invoices every month. After talking to them through an email exchange, Regus sent a lawyer to get us to pay the balance for a new contract we never accepted. Even though we canceled before the start of the new contract, we are still being charged monthly and the monthly price increased from the original lease. I do not recommend this place. The entire process has caused emotional and mental distress. Even before canceling, we were being charged for coffee even though we never asked or agreed to the coffee services. We never received a refund for the coffee services either.

Mr. Montel is amazing! He makes the building feel warm & inviting. He’s always happy and cheerful, definitely makes my day that much more enjoyable.

I have requested cancellation of virtual office services over a year ago and have spoken with several of there personell about the matter however due to lack of there follow through im still being billed to this day for monthly services that my company does not use or even need
