This Metro Plaza Center is beautiful area connecting one to the Silver Spring Metro from 2nd Ave near Colesville rd.. Architectural fountain and nicely designed outdoor seating is very welcoming colorful plants in view of all areas of the Plaza areas of business. At ground plaza level has a great cafe of specialty coffees. My review of visiting the Metro Center Plaza 8403 ,on all my blogs and reviews will get one negative Star. Why, be very careful not to take photos, in my experience you may find a security guards of the Plaza personally stop you taking a photographs. I had that horrible situation today photographing one of the plants looking so beautiful, which this Plaza gets one negative star as a public/ business venue center, I understand the legally it is OK to take photos in a public place.
