Jeri Jo and Inspired homes were outstanding. She differentiated herself in three extraordinary ways. First, on the very first meeting she showed us some ways we could maximize the homes value. Second, as we got closer to closing she stepped in to help take care of the final issues required with the sale. Third, she staged the home expertly. It looked like something you would see in a magazine. One Realtor wanted to sell it for 130,000. Final sale price $185,000. She was excellent, available about 24/7 and responsive to all of our needs.
