Avoid doing business with this company. Review the BBB complaints and reviews. I leased for two years, consist issues with the administrative system. Not one representative rather labeled manger or not could get timely responses with proper resolve. Management will banter rather than professionally handled matters. Emails and phone calls were not returned by the upper district manager out of IL. Refund that was stated to be returned within 30 days after ending of lease, has not been returned. Multiple emails and communication has went unresolved. The fees for cleaning service are insanely high that offer no carpet cleaning services, in addition to the fees that seem to appear on the monthly statement. This company has multiple reports for poor customer services and scam claims. Avoid! Call a local realtor/broker to help you find your space to lease. Do NOT do business with this company.

Regus was perfect and here is why. We had just started hiring in the Lansing area and did not have a leased office space ready in time for our 3 new hires in Michigan. Regus to the rescue! We spent two full weeks working out of the Lansing Regus space and nothing but great things to say. The staff (Lisa, Trulane and Mark) were very professional and helpful with all our needs. The office had tea & coffee on hand, fans for us to use (its was 90 outside), plate and silverware, glass and coffee cups. NO plastic :-) The area is great with lots of food choices and parking was not an issue. Regus was the perfect solution for our Start Up here in the Lansing / East Lansing area.

Friend that had an office here died. They refuse to to return or even discuss his deposit. The manager confirmed it was owed and referred me to legal. Michele Hargis from legal has not reurned any phone call regarding this situation. Total stonewall.
