Complete Disappointment. Had to sign a one year commitment for a virtual office, as my business occasionally needs to order supplies. A week after I signed, I was informed by the front desk staff that there is a 10lb weight package restriction. Packages received would be returned if over that limit. This risk put a wrench in how we do business, as I couldn't control our suppliers. We commonly get 2-3 boxes a month between 5 -10lbs. Called corporate for support, NO LUCK. Had to pay for a year per contract and have our packages sent to a different location, and completely glad we signed up with their competitor across the street. Never again with Regus. Good luck!!!

Unprofessional billing practices. Once they have your card or account on file - you’re subject to repeated billing. Highly recommend not to use this company.

This is the worst company! DO NOT USE REGUS - run far!!!! They are extremely predatory and keep billing regardless of cancellation. Once they have your payment info they’ll keep billing! BUYER BEWARE!

We’ve used regus for satellite offices and as others have said the payment process is fraudulent. Avoid them!
