Don't be pooled by them. You can access the center 24 hours but air conditioning and heating may be only between 9am and 5pm in summer and winter. Make sure including air conditioning and heating on your contract. Otherwise, you cannot terminate your contract at all because it is not on the contract.
Reply to the Regus' response: I do not waste my time to contact you to confirm that there is nothing you can do. I've spent too much time already.
Do not believe their words and read the contract carefully. Full of scam. We rented a space for two weeks and we were told we can leave at the end of the month. They recharge my credit card and told me they will get this money either I stay or not because at the contract it says tenant have to stay at least 30 days end have to pay for the currect month regardless how many days they rented the space. They will tell you different and force you to pay the rent even thought you have a verbal agreement. Now I will search for legal assistance.
Stay away and find you somewhere else.

I sued them and court ordered them to pay my money back which they charged with no reason. It was several months ago and I am still waiting for their payment. They don’t even care about court orders.
Been at Regus Fort New Jersey Lee many years. It has gone totally down hill. Many hidden fees. Rude management that does not care about their long time customers. They change rules all the time and make customers feel uncomfortable. A big corporate company that is not to be trusted. Primitive office conditions stuffing in extra desks in rooms on customers. Busted light switches.
Nice office space, but not happy with the way the local Fort Lee office treats tenants. Have been here for nearly three years -- and in the building for nearly 30 years -- and suddenly the manager is deciding he wants to dictate my upcoming lease in terms of length and cost (e.g. sending an email saying my offices have been renewed for two years, even though no contract has ever been signed). These are bullying tactics that occur with other tenants as well. This office was virtually empty until a couple of months ago -- obviously now the manager feels he can flex his muscles. Also, sick of the nickle and diming that goes on and their slowness in fixing long-standing problems, like the office temperature and problems with door locks.
Greg the manager is terrible.. I was going to move in but I had issues and I couldn't move in and i have sent email i couldn't move in they started ignoring my emails and phone calls. They are terrible and totally rip off.. Now collection is after me.. and I have hired attorney to handle this case and I want to get my deposit back.. Terrible.. Do NOT MOVE IN.. This is why EVERYONE IS MOVING OUT !!
