I joined in 2020, and I wish I didn't. I'm disappointed at the impact on businesses that the local office's training difficulties and global department's disorganized efforts caused. They had lead to a regional management's moment admitting a learning opportunity was identified due to an issue that was later compounded by compassionless responses. One would think that in this day and age, there could be an understanding of the client as a human, not just a business, but I guess Regus is not interested in developing that form of a narrative with long-term customers. If you will not accept the retainer back the way they demand you accept the money back, they will not reissue it. They ignore ADA issues because they don't take interest in clients personal situations. Their response to my financial hardship due to a medical situation was "we suggest you pay your invoices on time." Alright, Regus. Bet. No value was added to my service, mail was lost a few times during my years, I received someone else's mail once that included a check -- I hope that was forwarded back to them properly -- and several other billing issues and errors caused this to be the most expensive lesson. This is a set-and-forget luxury, don't let anyone fool you into thinking their virtual office service is integral for long-term virtual business stability and compliance if you don't want a physical location.
