Long story short. I signed up for month to month. Before the date started i called to cancel. I was told i can’t cancel because it’s less than 30 days before the date. I was thinking OK, I’ll pay for the one month and I’m not gonna use It and be done with it. Apparently you can’t do that because you sign a contract that even though it’s month to month it’s not really like that. Instead of someone understand and try to help. I am not using your service. I’m trying to cancel before it even started. Instead, I’m being threatened with collection and being told that I signed the contract. I signed the contract. Yeah I signed a contract, I learn my lesson I will never deal with this company ever again. I recommend anyone to find somewhere else where decent human beings and not this Greedy grotesque cynical company. This is not you friend

This Summerlin branch is full of time wasters who will charge you thousands to rent there, yet give you issues on refunding you even $50 after they overcharge you. Guilty until proven innocent is their modo it seems unfortunately, when it should be "customer is always right." Bad business overall. AVOID

Signed for space and then a day later they told me sorry " space was paid for by another tenant" Poor Customer Service and Shady Business Practices
