They changed my office address during Covid, without consent, and they decided to stop charging my card on file. Because they stopped charging my card, I started incurring late fees. When I learned about this several months later, I emailed them asking them to just waive the late fees. They wouldn't do it, and I paid hundreds of dollars in late fees that weren't my fault. I had been using Regus for 7 years, and I thought there might be some sort of understanding and appreciation for customer loyalty, but apparently not.

This is a mixed review. The location is good, a little dark but not terrible. The front desk people are great and helpful. (actually this is the case across all regus centers - they do hire well for center level jobs). However, dealing with corporate billing issues is a huge hassle. it's so bad that once you have an experience with them it will leave you unhappy. Unless you need to have offices in multiple cities I recommend going to a smaller place.

I did not consent to the move from a different building but they went ahead and did it. And they started charging me mail forwarding services too. Not a good experience so I would recommend people to find other alternatives. Worst part, they make it impossible to cancel.
