It's a corporate building meaning it's a office building with doctors clinic, law firms, accounting firms and more. Not a shopping mall. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Place is quite and clean. It is a bit confusing as Hullmark center has multiple building right besides each other and Google maps often gives you wrong directions so you might get lost. Ask the front desk for help and they will steer you in the right direction.

The only problem is the description on Google Maps because this is not a shopping mall. This is more a business building with just a couple of stores too. As a business area, it's new, convenient, very well connected with different businesses so I rate it with 5 stars. But as a shopping mall, it can't be rated well just because it's not a shopping mall. I hope Google will fix the description

The building is clean, well-maintained, modern, and conveniently located right at the intersection of Yonge and Sheppard. There are a lot of professional services in the building including doctors, lawyers, accountants, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and a Rexall pharmacy.
