These guys have been losing the majority of my mail for 2 years and then they shrug their shoulders when asked how or why?? I didn't ask to be compensated for poor service but did ask to cancel over email prior to the service renewal due date (which I thought was very reasonable) and now the "community manager" Michael Agnew is trying to charge me for another year?!? Poorly managed office with no ethics!

Opted me in for services I did not request on the very first day, then refused to cancel the subscription mid registration. My request was escalated to a facetious "community manager" who said that they're illegal action was not grounds for cancellation. Now I am dealing with my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau because they don't have the decency to cancel a subscription I didn't use, or even finished registering for.

This is one of the nicest Regus offices I have rented. I have a permanent office at another location, but this one was much nicer. The receptionist here made my experience flawless. She was professional , polite and very accomodating. One of my clients even made a comment on how pleasant she was. I highly recommend Regus Liberty Village.
