I used these guys at Regus for a year and it was a nightmare at every level , I did this to get a Google listing and was not even able to receive the postcard , to add insult to injury they auto renew your contact 2 month prior to the year being up. I will dedicate my life to making sure nobody has these type of corporate customer service experience. You are much better off using the many local share office spaces.

False advertising. All Google listings claim 24 hours but that's only for the top tier subscription and not coworking for people working remotely wanting a space. Website claims flexibility (see photo) and mentions this NOWHERE in the plans. It even says "where you like and when you like" on your way to the plans. It's actually only 8:30am to 5pm. The specific person from this office called me and informed me of this when I went to book earlier than that. I called the general Regus support line and got the same information for all centers. Starbucks and Panera bread, the library have better hours. Every other coworking setup I've found in Pittsburgh offers 24 hours and are often cheaper. For their price, you'll often get a dedicated desk with parking. The worst is, I emailed I wanted to cancel and get a refund 24 hours within learning this. They said "sure, we can do that" over the phone. Then, when the request was sent to accounting they emailed and said "sorry, can't do that." I charged back my credit card within 24 hours, demanded it be cancelled. They are now emailing that I MUST repay even though I never used the service AND adding extra charges because of the chargeback on my bill. They are emailing me they will get a lawyer involved. They will not remedy this issue after much back and forth. They are not getting my money. I will make sure I warn everyone I can with every possible avenue. DO NOT GET IN BED WITH REGUS. THEY ARE STRONG-ARMING SCAMMERS AND CRIMINALS!!

I work for a medical company with an office in the Regus building. The facility is situated in a nice area and is a secure building. Parking is no problem as the lot is very large and is free. There are offices for whatever need you have and there is a nice conference room. Regus also has a kitchen area with coffee and tea products available. I have nothing but good to say about the staff that work on this floor. They are courteous and professional and do their best to meet whatever concerns or needs I have.
