I’m here regularly for business and this is one of the few Park Plaza hotels with a functioning executive lounge. Rooms and service are good. I’d specifically like to thank Courtney for the great lounge service I enjoyed when I was meeting after office hours with some business partners. The space was perfect to relax and had enough privacy that we could talk shop until close at 8pm. If there was anything I could change it could be to extend the opening time by one or two hours. Apart from that it’s an excellent hotel for anyone regularly working in the City.

Amazing service staff and beautiful rooms and pool nice and clean and fresh. Wonderful dinner just amazing could have never wished for a better dinner fold out couch. Favourite hotel ice cream after dinner is amazing also from the room I saw Big Ben and wonderful place and wonderful staff. I love the view and all my friends and family did and have loved our time hopefully we come back favourite place in London thanks for the amazing time.❤️❤️❤️

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last seven months. The pros are the excellent service and the large breakfast selection. The cons are the cleanliness of the rooms (carpet was dusty/dirty) and the bathroom lighting is horrible. There are no outlets on the sides of the bed, which isn’t a deal-breaker but would be convenient. The location is great but it’s hard to walk around and try neighborhood restaurants because it’s in a more commercial area.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Made sure we were ok at all times. The service was incredible, if you needed spare pillows they go it, if you need fresh towels there there instantly. The cleanliness of the room was so good. Not a spec of dust in site. Highly recommend

Caitlin went above and beyond for us, really making sure to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated her help and kind manner. The hotel is lovely and the suites are very spacious. We had an incredible view of the London Eye from our balcony and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
