Our travel agent highly recommended this hotel, having stayed here herself several times. After a full week during our first trip to London, I have to agree. The studio room we stayed in was perfect for us and was very quiet. My husband found the bed to be most comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Their breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. We enjoyed several evening meals in their restaurant as well. Although we didn't use them this time, they also have a gym and an ATM on premises. It's really an everything hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the weekday concierge. He provided wonderful tips and suggestions and answered any questions that we had. We will definitely be staying here on future visits.

Rama greeted us as we entered the hotel to check in. She treated us like Royalty and made us feel so welcomed and valuable. She was an amazing first impression. The hotel was in a prime location near Big Ben, the Eye, Westminster Abbey, and the graffiti tunnel. 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The hotel was very clean, modern and the room service food was DELICIOUS. I would stay here again and I’ve been recommending it to friends and family! You made our trip amazing.

I'm posting on behalf of my son who stayed here with his fiancee and son before heading to Europe for their wedding. They arrived in London very early in the morning - it was a train strike day and their original later train was cancelled. The reception staff were extremely accommodating and got them straight into a room even upgrading them so they had a little bit more space for them and their 2 year old son. A lovely view of the London Eye. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and have recommended it to me. I have booked to stay here later this month when I arrive from Canada. I'm very much looking forward to it.

Great stay at the Park Plaza County Hall London.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions like the London Eye and Westminster.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for both business and leisure.
Breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Few areas, like faster check-in times, better management of the lifts in rush hours, could be improved.
Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in central London.
