My comment is not about the shiny building architecture, rather than my direct experience with its manager. I recently canceled service agreement with this center as the manager ( DJ Jones) was very unprofessional and unresponsive in resolving billing error. He or his office misplaced the CC information, they would kept billing me late fees, and one time they threatened to send it to collection agency. In the end, it all proved to be their office error!!! It took me quite a bit effort to get it right and caused me much stress and anxiety. I do NOT recommend this workspace/center! If you consider it due to location or other factors, you need to be good at record keeping, otherwise they are going to give you a whole hell of time. I was a customer with PBC for over a decade and i do not take my comment lightly. I had better experience with PBC in San Francisco.
