This is a great location. Nice city vibe, lunch options around. Also check out the 54th floor of the building for views. Very high and a bit scary, in a good way ;-)

I should post 0 stars, and this is my experience, be careful with this company, we just wanted a mailbox for our online business, and we went to DTLA, Regus US Bank Tower, the salesperson (IWG Group) didn't tell us the truth at the time we signed up with them. In my case, the problem was about billing and the terms of agreement. I asked if we can cancel anytime, and he said yes. However, we contacted him thru email because we had a decline in our revenue, and we asked to cancel the mailbox without penalties. He said there are no early terminations, and we are obligated to fulfill the terms of the agreement. What a scam! He told us to contact the Helpdesk, and they took many days to respond. This is too long for a Worldwide company, wow! Well, the answer from the Helpdesk was that the early termination is not allowed. I'm very disappointed with this, so I recommended people read the "CONTRACT" very well. Do your research before you sign up with them. I regret not doing so.

Was really difficult to get into the Regus because they were having phone issues but once we got inside it was really nice and Charles was very hospitable and helpful. Would definitely recommend for hosting depositions
