I have stayed at this place lots of times. On my most recent visit, upon arrival shortly after 10am, I was delighted to discover that they had a room ready for me. I'd had an early start and my husband was coming in off a transatlantic flight, so it was good to have a place to rest and freshen up. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a large, comfortable bed, proper blackout curtains and a well-stocked hospitality tray. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout. We slept well and were able to freshen up under the 'rain' shower in the well-designed bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, and we were able to enjoy a drink in the bar from the extensive menu.

We stayed one night at the Pullman St Pancras and had great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy and pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that it was a bit noisy on the road side, so if I were staying longer, I’d probably ask for a room facing the other way. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest asset-just a short walk from Kings Cross, St.
Pancras International, and the Eurostar terminal.
Incredibly convenient for travellers transiting through London.
However, the experience was let down by a few key elements. The lobby is quite small and shares its space with the breakfast restaurant, which creates a rather cramped first impression.
The restaurant itself is styled like an indoor garden, which might sound charming, but the abundance of plants and decorative pieces made it feel cluttered rather than cozy. Perhaps it would make a more enjoyable stop for a quiet afternoon coffee, but during breakfast, the crowding became uncomfortable.
Service unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. From check-in to breakfast, staff seemed disengaged and weary-there were few smiles and a definite lack of warmth, which was disappointing given the Pullman brand's usual hospitality standards.
On a brighter note, the breakfast spread itself was fairly good, with a decent selection of hot and cold options that offered something for everyone.
Overall, a solid location but the service and ambiance leave room for improvement.

This was the best stay I’ve had in the King’s Cross area. The room was very big, with a wonderful view. Most importantly for me the room was quiet (14th floor) and the blackout curtains were very effective. The bed was comfortable and the linen was soft (including towels and robes). I enjoyed having a nespresso machine in the room, and complimentary drinking water. I order room service and the food came quickly, and was quite a unique twist on the salad that I was expecting. The staff were very professional, respectful and kind. The breakfast was excellent: everything you could want was on offer, and there was plenty of seating.

Pretty good stay! Rooms good size and got a high floor which was good! Breakfast was busy and the spread was decent.
Nothing to complain about!
Most importantly its location was sandwiched between Euston and Kings Cross. Making it accessible between the two!
The Doorman David was a gentleman and helpful with our luggage! Thank you sir!
