I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be generally pleasant. The standout feature was the staff—they were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request, which made the stay more comfortable. The room and amenities were fine, nothing extraordinary, but clean and functional. However, one downside was the car parking fee, £16 per day is excessive for patrons. I understand this is close to Heathrow but I feel it should be discounted while you stay. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with excellent staff service, but be prepared for additional costs like parking.

We arrived before 9am on a Friday after a torturous 36 hour journey and were greeted at reception by Elvis as we looked to drop our bags off and check in later in the day. Elvis went out of his way and managed to get us a room for our 3 night stay Straight away. This made our first day so much easier and we really appreciated the way Elvis did this without us asking. Thank you - you’re a star

We stayed here for one night and it was great! The room was comfortable and we had a full tub and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The service at the desk and the bar was great and the food at the bar was excellent, although a bit expensive. The only downside is that the shuttle was not free and they told us it would be a 30-40 minute ride. We ended up booking an uber that only took 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast delicious. I must say that the manager on duty at breakfast last Saturday is a credit to your hotel. Extremely polite, friendly, kind and helpful. He couldn’t have done more for me or other guests in the restaurant.

We were so impressed and delighted with our experience. Not only was the food exquisite, our waitress Christina was exceptional. So much love and care was infused in our dining. Highly recommended
