We arrived before 9am on a Friday after a torturous 36 hour journey and were greeted at reception by Elvis as we looked to drop our bags off and check in later in the day. Elvis went out of his way and managed to get us a room for our 3 night stay Straight away. This made our first day so much easier and we really appreciated the way Elvis did this without us asking. We stayed here for one night and it was great! The room was comfortable and we had a full tub and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The service at the desk and the bar was great and the food at the bar was excellent, although a bit expensive. The only downside is that the shuttle was not free and they told us it would be a 30-40 minute ride. We ended up booking an uber that only took 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast delicious. I must say that the manager on duty at breakfast last Saturday is a credit to your hotel. Extremely polite, friendly, kind and helpful. He couldn’t have done more for me or other guests in the restaurant.
