Very bad service, Very bad company ever I approached, I started using their virtual office facility for my business ,Since they have changed the initial agreement price multiple time, I asked them to cancel my service , then they replied I need to do it through regus account, when I try to do it always it shows not enabled, so I am not able to cancel it .Now they are charging me every month on my cancelation requested service. They are a cheating people never join with them they will loot your money.

Fantastic venue for doing business - be it in the Business Lounge or your own serviced office. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. And, if you need to take a moment you can always grab a coffee and drift off at the stunning views of the Auckland Harbour - simply superb! :]

I'm very disappointed with Regus, as a loyal customer to use the service but this pandemic tough time, they still charging my business full rate but we can't even access the building and no services are provided. Furthermore the delay responses from Regus Asia team, still getting the full amount to pay. Not good at all.
