The positive reviews for this place are very outdated so I must have signed up when things went downhill over the past two years. The attitude of the receptionists is inconsistent; sometimes they are friendly and other times they are abrasive. During the year I used them as a mailing service they managed to lose a very important piece of mail causing me a headache to correct the situation and I find it concerning that mail is kept in folders rather than proper mailboxes that customers can access independently (this is not described when you sign up with them). At one point they also asked for submission of a notarized form with short notice (threatening cancellation of service) even though they had clearly not been on top of administrative issues on their end since this form should have been requested when a customer signs up not months into the contract. There's much better and more affordable virtual office mailbox options out there - this place is subpar.

The receptionists always greet you with a smile. The offices are kept very clean and maintained. Great location, too - across the street from various shops and restaurants and hotels. Rent from Regus!
