Extremely poor. Avoid them at all cost. Appaling service & practices. Auto Renew lease with renewal charges. even though we wanted to end lease they made us renew & pay for extra month. Extremly inflexible & rigid to deal with. We end up paying last month rent even if we didn't occupy their office. Customer service is inflexible. No one avaialble and staff keeps changing every week.

I am so impressed of how Ozge handled my inquiry this morning. She was very helpful, patient and have a sound knowledge on how to address my concern... An excellent customer service indeed!

Treated a year old loyal customer like a dispensable equipment. It started as a new manager came to the facility and all of a sudden sent me a note stating I need to move my office desk in a day time! To my surprise they moved my equipment/desk without my permission or consent. Which caused business disruption, frustration and stress. They hide their true fee and costs with every tactics they can try. For example, non-Gst, then there are raises annually, and there are other hidden charges. The office environment was good until it wasn't. Distrustful, unprofessional and letting down kind of people.
