Absolutely terrible customer service and borderline deceptive practices!! I would NEVER recommend leasing office space from this location. The sales rep Shelley is super irresponsive and NO help whatsoever! DO NOT lease space from this Regus location. I've had good luck with Regus in Charlotte, NC but not here. Stay away!
