Be careful when you sign up Virtual office agreement with them. To terminate the rental agreement, you will need 3 months in advance to inform and plus another 12 months. Total 15 months if you missed the billing cycle. The time when I signed up the rental agreement with them. This is not spelled in our agreement. But when I wish to terminate, they will send you the link to the agreement which you never sign and agreed on it. You will need to fulfill 15 months to terminate their services. When you do not pay, they will harass with you calls, emails with staking invoices, and compiled interest. I asked for a lawyer letter from them as my bank advised me to seek legal advice for this agreement dispute. They just continue to harass with you phone calls from their credit department. I am going to raise this case to the tribunal court of Singapore due to the dispute in the agreement signed with them.

A small, cosy shared office space. The BusinessWorld membership which allows for "lounge access" is fairly affordable though.
