Came for breakfast.. recently having undergone refurbishment, the hotel decor is stunning! Proper old school classic with an abundance of stunning fresh flowers, crisp white linen, beautiful silverware and crockery. The service from all staff was exemplary and the breakfast delicious with SO much choice. Very much enjoyed the visit!

Rating based on afternoon tea experience. Sandwiches were warm and bland. Desserts were dry and sour. Scones were absolutely perfect, as was the clotted cream, apricot and berry jams. Black tea also amazing! Service lacking for a $300 experience. After 1st course was put down, then sandwiches were put down we had to ask 'when should we order tea' as no one had asked us. It's afternoon tea! Gorgeous space. Piano player was phenomenal! Extremely nice staff upon entry... including front hotel staff and hostess

Newly refurbished hotel. Beautifully done up rooms. Even the air feels nice and clean! Not musty like most of the fancy older hotels in London. The location is great. Walking distance to Hyde Park, Bond Street, Oxford Street, etc. The service is outstanding.
