This is probably the best co-working space in NYC for anybody who is working short term or odd hours. I came in at 3pm, paid for a day pass without any fuss and within 15 minutes was already enjoying their free espresso and making new connections at a comfortable desk. The day pass is also really a day pass w/ an app that lets you remotely unlock the doors for access until midnight! (it didn't work for me, and I didn't find out until the staff already left - but in theory it will work for you.) So definitely check it out!

The space is exceptionally cold in the winter, wear warm clothing. The decor is extemely oudated and the tables are difficult to use computer mice on. There are small stands for laptops so consider bringing a keyboard. The front lounge are is nice and has a speaker that you can connect to. Overall as far as co working spaces go it functions and is affordable. It would be great to see some innovation of this Architectural typology, yet we live in a backward, nostalgic society that champions the memories of childhood and our grandmothers over true innovation. Please change America.

My coworkers & I had a great day at The Farm! The wifi worked well and facilities had everything you’d need; kitchen, bathroom, plugs, etc. It was a little hot in the building (the fans helped! but were loud) and we had a bit of trouble getting in/out, but overall it was a good experience & I’d return🤗
