It's noisy. There is no quiet place here. Some folks enjoy it. Ultimately, I did not. They could enforce noise rules, but choose not to. It's the embodiment of the LES, noisy, a little gritty but friendly enough.

The Yard's lower east side location is like a second home. The vibe is professional and simultaneously communal, with friendly talented people working on really cool projects. The community managers are SO awesome, they are very smart, friendly, and seem happy to be there. They have an unbeatable roof deck with wifi that's amazing to work at or hold meetings. The Yard lower east side is a very happy office space!

Great place to work! Fun people and free coffee/tea! When the weather is nice I love to sit on the rooftop to eat lunch.
