Our stay was for my daughter’s 11th birthday, and we were kindly upgraded to a room with two double beds. Front of house staff very friendly, concierge went above and beyond for us! Hotel room stunning and check in and out were smooth. Bar and restaurant area are a gorgeous venue, visually stunning. Bar and restaurant staff are friendly enough, but didn’t give an above and beyond interaction. Also the service was extremely slow. Some people waiting at the bar for 40 minutes, there wasn’t a queue. Over all the hotel was fantastic and would stay again. Bar service could be better.

This is a thoroughly positive review. A lovely hotel in an excellent location, with exceptionally helpful and caring staff—without exception. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. My only criticism is the additional (and rather high) charge for the spa. I had been looking forward to using the facilities, but the cost was discouraging. I believe hotel guests should be given more thoughtful consideration in this regard—the spa access should be complimentary for those staying at the hotel.

Just an amazing stay… thank you! Olivia and front of house team were so helpful and friendly. Cheryl and her salt massage in the spa was heavenly and worth every penny! The food and drink were amazing (best Caesar salad I’ve ever had and cocktails and hot chocolates to dream about). Breakfast was delicious and to to it all, it’s in one of the most gorgeous buildings in Liverpool. The art deco, especially in the foyer/reception and bar is breathtaking. We will 100% be back and would recommend to anyone!
