The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. I particularly loved the breathtaking ocean view from my balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. The resort offers a variety of activities, from relaxing by the pool to exploring their private beach. The spa services were top-notch, providing a great way to unwind after a day of adventures. The on-site dining was also fantastic, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What truly stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing local recommendations and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Dear Rosewood London Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I have experienced from your porters during my recent visits to Rosewood Court. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this issue. On multiple occasions, I have observed the porters speaking rudely and disrespectfully to drivers and guests. Their demeanor and choice of words have left a negative impression, and I believe it reflects poorly on the esteemed reputation of Rosewood London. We, as guests and visitors, deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Carrying a bag or opening a car door does not justify a lack of basic civility. It is essential for all staff members to be educated on the importance of treating everyone with dignity, regardless of their role. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your porters to ensure a more respectful and welcoming environment for all guests. Gorgeous hotel and wonderful service. Their restaurant is great, best fish and chips. The bar is one of the best in the world (good olives). They have a Japanese inspired high tea, they give large portions, would recommend sharing.

Wow, this hotel is above and beyond beautiful. The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. Had Sunday roast at the Holborn and not only was the food fabulous, the waitstaff went above and beyond. We stayed in the Pearl Suite and it was even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures online. We will be back again and again. Rosewood is my go to for accommodations.

It’s easy to talk about how beautiful this hotel is, the amazing food and bar options, and the ideal location. However, traveling with young kids, the real standout to us was how family friendly the Rosewood London is/was. For instance, upon arrival there was a scavenger hunt in the room for the children, where they found a stuffed animal (bulldog) that the hotel gifted them. The staff was very accommodating with us navigating the hallways with a stroller and getting in/out of taxis easily. We look forward to our next stay here!
