I've been to the Roundhouse many times over the last couple decades. The quality of shows and service is always good. I never had to queue excessively. The stage view is great due to the layout. Seeing Razorlight last week we were even able to buy an additional ticket for a friend at the door.

Had an incredible time seeing half•alive at Roundhouse and was very impressed by their staff. Throughout the show staff were handing out lots of cups of water through the crowd. Thank you for looking after your audience and hosting an amazing night.

First time visiting this venue and it was a great experience overall.
The queue to get in and through security was fast and controlled by friendly and efficient staff.
The theatre itself feels quite cosy but can hold about 1500 people. Stood in the main area didn't feel cramped at all, even though the gig was a sellout.
Acoustically it sounded very good, and didn't get too hot.
The bar service was fast and drinks are probably on a par with similar London venues at £7.75 for a pint of Estrella.
With easy train and tube connections (Chalk Farm tube just a few hundred metres along the road) it's definitely somewhere I'd visit again.

The cafe is truly bad. They have zero gluten free options and also didn't serve coffee even though they have a coffee machine. The acoustics and the ambience of the stage is very good. Love the fact that it feels close and intimate even with us being on the balcony. But bring your own snacks because this place truly is bad for food.

Attended the Morgan Wallen event. Gorgeous iconic venue. Staff all great. Although showing your ticket twice in the queue and again to get in seems excessive. Queue moved quickly once doors opened..
