Pretty much all you'd want from a coworking space - nice kitchen area, good open seating and large shared tables, comfortable couches. Could use nicer bathrooms though.

I’m currently looking for a co-working space and was happy to stumble upon the Yard. It is very well located in between two amazing neighborhoods and lots of great restaurants. The space is humble, friendly staff, and well priced. It might be due for a renovation when compared with others that I have seen, but no complaints.
