Think carefully before renting here! If you would like a good explanation and to hear how things are going at Regus, you can always contact me. I would be happy to give you a detailed explanation about the Regus office. Brief summary: - Rental price doubling in the event of scarcity (from EUR 690.00 per month to EUR 1361.00 per month); - Upon departure and after 4 years of loyalty, you will receive another kick as "Termination costs of EUR 440.00"; - Mandatory internal relocation when obtaining a different destination for the office in question; Office: - Coffee is good; - Very small kitchen; - Dirty toilets at the beginning of the afternoon (perhaps due to many visits to the office from different companies); - Little light; - Poor ventilation; - Very busy in terms of arrivals and flows of people; Message: Contrary to my previous review, I am now going to tell you something very unpleasant about Regus. This review was written by a tenant who has been a customer of Regus Tilburg since 2014. We became a tenant at Regus in 2014. We eventually grew to two rooms. Both this office and our new office are available 24-7. Coffee can be said to be good, but rates are completely at odds with what the market has to offer. To start with, we paid EUR 690.00 per month (excluding VAT) for one of our spaces. Because Regus uses variable rates and the municipality was suddenly housed at Regus, we were confronted with a rent increase of almost 100%!! The rent increased from EUR 690.00 per month to EUR 1361.00 per month. The annoying thing about this is that as soon as you house your company, you adjust all registrations, addresses and business cards in such a way that a rental price increase of 100% is not acceptable at all. Even with proven loyalty of more than 4 years, you will receive a further kick with an invoice of EUR 440.00 in termination costs. They will draw you in with all kinds of nice talks and proposals. Think about it very carefully before you start doing this. I would therefore like to ask you to contact me before you start this. Top company with good and very helpful service. It's fantastic how at Regus you can let your office space grow with the success of your company Since we rented an office at Regus with our startup, our productivity has increased enormously!
