The project that I needed to use this office space for was selected very specifically ahead of booking based on the aesthetics of the space I saw online. This was 100% what I was using the space for, and I selected a room at this location with this in mind. When I arrived the room what not at all what I paid for. It was a completely different room that was much less professional. I did my best because I had already booked other clients to arrive at that time. What was I going to do? Send everyone home? So we made due... I went to email Regus requesting a refund because I literally didn't get what I paid for, and this error cost me another 4-5 hours of work afterwards, on my end... Turns out they had a problem processing my payment and needed my cc info again. I explained that I was requesting a refund anyway... They told me to email this location directly, so I did. No response. A few weeks later I get a notice from collections... Reallly? lol. You're going to not respond and then send me to collections over 39.99? Avoid this scamming place at all cost. Know what you're getting into. UPDATE: Yeah looks like my concerns were escalated. Too bad they didn't bother to inform me before sending me to collections lol. They decided to email me right after this review though. Hmmm interesting how that works. They ended up crediting my account, finally, and on the email thread they actually thought it was for a different problem than I even had haha. They mentioned how I needed certain cables and a TV. that weren't provided. Literally was not even the problem that I had. How can so many people be so unorganized and unprofessional. Even the "community manager" Daniel Fuentes was no help and kind of rude honestly, in the email thread. Please avoid this place.
