Was told incorrect information about vacating the property and now one day late and they’re forcing me to pay for an entire month without any help at all. Would not recommend using for services. Seems like they’re more interested in keeping my monthly fee than doing the right thing. Not ideal by any means. Not satisfied. Thanks, Regus. I hope people read this and realize that there are better options for office space rentals.

It's awesome - gorgeous location - Need an office for the day - the hour or even only a month - this is the place. Great Staff!

Wish I had the option to rate them less than 1 star.. very unprofessional business practice, they have lot of hidden charges which they never tell while signing the contract and keep charging your credit card.. I ended up paint 2X the commitment amount Also, there employees keep changing so frequently that you have to explain everything again to the new employees Go somewhere else.. There are quite a lot of shared office spaces in Austin with fair pricing

Regus is absolutely terrible. Once you have agreed to a contract they will cut off all communication and its impossible to get out of it.
