on 07/30/2023 I purchased a 1 month coworking membership. I soon found out it was nothing like advertised so I proceeded to cancel. They would not refund me and worse they told me I needed to pay for another month. This company will try and scam you. I would not purchase any services from them. I have had to resort to disputing charges with my credit card company to get this resolved.

Misleading and manipulated! Not good place for rent! And stuff was absolutely horrible and lying the agreement! Parking absolutely nightmare, you car will get towed! DON’t work with them!!! Absolutely horrible experience! The realtor Wendy Floyd was manipulating the agreement!

Had bad experience with them, the front desk and the parking were just horrible! At okay location but not worth for get office there, overcharge and very expensive and not good corporation. You can say they mislead their tenants! Not good parking system!

Bad service, horrible front desk and management! Misleading the agreement and overcharge for leaving when you do month to month!! Saying $1500 and $700 cleaning fee! Totally scam!!! *DONT RENT THERE*

Not happy, they said google will work and it didn’t not. Overcharged, about $1500 more then should and cannot get money back quick, you have to go thru the process. You have to pay for multiple things. 30 days notice they didn’t mentioned. And $380 cleaning fee they didn’t mentioned. Fees ok, long time to get money back is all right at the end. Not recommended for for people who need google office.
