Spaces CityCentre is the best executive office suite in the Metroplex. It is located in the heart of the city amongst retail, restaurant, and high end apartment living. The folks there, Keith, Julia and Sam make you feel you are part of the family. They are very professional and are there to help you in any way possible. The space is open and airy with plenty of light, plenty of seating area to work and entertain your clients. If there are any issues with billing, the team is ready and willing to assist you. I am very pleased with them and the Spaces organization. Anyone interested in leasing there, just reach out to me and it will be my pleasure to tour the facility with you as a licensed agent.

I highly advice you to stay away from Spaces and Regus. As a customer of them (particularly this location), you should expect unexpected charges even after your contract ends. In 2020, we ended our contract in March 2020. Recently, I found out that they continued charging us for a few months after that without notifying us. I found out about charges after a debt collector contacted us and in a threating way asked us to pay invoices. That was the first time we got notified of charges. When we contacted Regus first they told us that our balance is zero. When I contacted them again they told us that an account specialist will contact us which never happened. Anyway, if you are still not convinced of Regus bad business, google "regus debt collector" to see many other similar stories.
