I leased an office here for only a month. I had plans to move away and no longer needed the space. It was terrible timing after throwing a lot of money into the contract. But everything, so I thought, was going to be swift and easy to exit. Absolutely not the case. DO NOT LEASE AN OFFICE FROM HERE. My lease ended on July 31st, 2023. I was set to receive my retainer back which was over $1,000. Here I am, September 19th, 2023 and I still don't have my money when they clearly told me I'd receive it the beginning of August. I placed my retainer return on June 15th, 2023. I planned everything so far in advance to be able to get my money back and move happily. I've reached out to support on August 20th, 2023 about not having my retainer returned. They assured me I would receive it the beginning of September. They lied. I've reached out to support again on 09/13/2023, they sent a worthless response that they'd "investigate" this. It's been 6 days since I've heard from them again and here I am, still wondering why a company is illegally withholding my retainer from me.
