Staff became insulting, then defensive, and threatened to ban one of my patients, who never returned. Then proceeded to interrupt another confidential appointment to complain about said patient within earshot of another. Cost me thousands of dollars in lost encounters. Later discovered they have double charged for services going back months/years. Sneaky add ons years later with canned “fine print” responses and absence of empathy when asked what it was actually going to since no damages or changes were made to the office. Then you have to apply for your deposit back, after they hold it hostage for all the add ons they decide to charge. Found a bigger office for 1/3 the price. Avoid Regus like the plague. (UPDATED ON 6/6/2022) Don’t let the business response fool you. I created a ticket before I posted this. REGUS HAS YET TO RESPOND TO THE WORK TICKET TO RESOLVE THE DOUBLE CHARGES. Update 7/12/22 After multiple calls to the billing department over a month, and emails that requested info only to send me “how did we do?” surveys days later, I tried another department through the automated system. A gentleman in sales finally helped me instead of handling me. Got a ticket number escalated. I didn’t hear anything after that but looks like they credited me for a number of months where I was charged double, and finally paid me my deposit back. Now I’m trying to figure out if they still owe me, as my math had the monthly charges above the restoration fee they were charging me. At least there is progress.

Horrible! The service has definitely changed in the past 3 years since I’ve been with them. Overcharging my account, not adequately responding to emails to rectify, their website is horrible, rarely works and the staff even complained about it. Do not use them! There are so many reputable places that does good business! I’m still trying to get my accounts fixed after 3 months of given the runaround!
