Update: I wrote the review below about a half a year ago and I’m pleased to report that I feel the same. The staff has been consistently great, keeping everything clean and organized with a familial feel. There are often baked goods people bring in for the office and say hi in the hallways. There are other Rejus locations in the area, but *by far* this one is the best. ——- Cannot begin to say how happy I am here. Have been working here off and on for a couple of months and have praises to sing. First, the front desk staff Val and Grace are attentive, friendly, calm and know how to make the entire office feel at home. Because I am so appreciative of them, I often bring in cakes and other treats for them and other people in the office. Next, everything is always clean. Always. The office kitchen, copier area, coffee area is maintained as well as could possibly be expected. The surfaces are wiped down regularly and this care for health is also appreciated. Finally, at this location, the internet and other services are running smoothly and there is nothing hindering my ability to be productive. It's quiet. It's nice. It's clean. Free parking. What else could you ask for?

It's been almost 1.5 years since I first entered Regus at Fairfax Willow Oaks II, and I can say that I'm just in love with its working environment and the community manager- Ms. Grace and all other staff. I receive everything I need, and I adore Ms. Grace ‘s professionalism, dedication, responsibilities, and accommodation. She and the staff are very responsive to needs, questions, and issues. The working environment is so neat and welcoming. Thank you a lot for all you do!

This Regus business center is located in a top notch building near Merrifield, VA. Although the center is on the smaller size if you are using their lounge space the building more than makes up for it. The building is packed with a lot of amenities (gym, restaurant, and lounge areas to name a few). All and all this is a great business center not far from beltway and other area spots.

Don’t rent from Regus their billing tactic is sketch and they will charge you for things you didn’t sign up for. Also when you cancel you will not get your retainer back. Do yourself a huge favor google Regus complaints then read the reviews for yourself. One star only cause I had to for this post. They are going tell you raise concern in the help section of the account I’ve wrote them 20 plus email all I’m getting is system error but no solution on my retainer. I share my email to whoever want them. Regus is a scam
