I was at this location for 13 years and the customer service and amenities have gotten progressively worse. It came to a head when my work phone did not work for around a month and Regus did nothing to help with the VOIP provider. This was enough for me to leave but Regus would not let me out of the remainder of the license agreement so I kept the office to allow for a mail transition and to make a slow move to my new office. While still paying rent I found my office had been redecorated and several of my belongings removed. Instead of taking any responsibility, the center staff and management passed the buck and acted as if I were the unreasonable one. I would never recommend Regus moving forward after this experience.

We moved to Regus e-suites when our office was closed. After initial hiccups with connectivity. I have had a pleasant experience here. Christina & Julie at front desk are available during office hours or whenever you need them. When you rent a office at this location you will gain 24x7 access to the office. The facilities Suite Provides: Receptionist Heating and air conditioning Janitorial Furniture Telephone and local phone service Internet service Mail and package delivery and shipping when needed (shipping charges apply) MFD (multi function device for coping, printing, scanning - price per page) Kitchen & break room with Fridge, microwave, coffee/tea/hot chocolate.

My firm takes 6 premium offices here, and the staff at this location is OUTSTANDING. Christina and Julie are always willing and able to handle our needs, they are incredibly professional with our calls/clients, etc. They are an asset to Regus!
