It's a nice space but don't expect to be able to get much work done. Students keep coming in and out of the open-plan office and stand around shouting, giggling, swearing and making loads of noise. There's also a pool table that makes an absolute racket when in use. It's basically a student common room so it's impossible to work in this environment. Also I wouldn't leave a laptop unattended due to the number of random people walking in and out. Also you don't get issued with an entry pass so it's impossible to leave once you're here. Also you have to pay for the whole day even if you only want to stay for a couple of hours. Nice try, but if you want a workspace then go elsewhere. Otherwise just go to a cafe as that would be quieter and more secure.

Decent office space, reasonable rental rates & recently refurbished nice toilet facilities & regular cleaning
