The ballroom was spacious for the party, food and service was good. The only thing that I observed is that the service crew was very efficient but noticed the plate was too hot during service which for me was fantastic as the recipient but fear that the staff may have issues with safety due to handling this by only using a towel to handle the hot plates. They could have provided them with trolleys much safer for staff.

First rime stay, was unsure of the hotel, needn't have worried. Great meet and greet, rooms are spacious and clean. Food was good and the bar serves various cold drinks and a good range of beers. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Really good sized rooms area. Comfortable beds. Great pool area, suitable for children, sauna ,steam room, jacuzzi and gym. Free easy parking. Staff very professional. Would definitely stay again

Excellent facilities. Pool is big and good for families and lone lane swimmers alike. Steam and sauna rooms were great. Restaurant was really good, family pub grub, kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. Staff were very good. The rooms were a little tired but nice clean bed and good size. Highly recommend.

Modern and very clean hotel with a very large bar area and Starbucks cafe. Check in was very well organised with very friendly staff. When they noticed my wife was using a walking stick they automatically moved us to a different room that was right next to the stairs due to the lift being out of order. Lovely swimming pool with sauna, steam room and hot tub which would definitely recommend. Overall an excellent experience which I would happily repeat if in the area again. If i had to be critical about anything it was that we had to pay to use the swimming pool even when staying at the hotel but as this was only £5 each a minor inconvenience
