This will become the most expensive mistake you make as a business. Regus massively overcharged for everything. The people who work there are nice, but there is nothing serviced about this office. The way they charge doesn't make sense. In 30 days, we've already paid over £2600, and we just received our fourth invoice in our first month, which prompted us to immediately cancel. The following day, they sent me an additional £700 invoice. Initially, our rent was supposed to be £800 a month for what we were told is an office meant to accommodate 6 people, but you can only fit 3 people at a squeeze. They have the heating on full blast and charge for coffee, parking, and everything else. Nothing about this office is serviced. Avoid this place like the plague. Oh, just to add, I left this place 10 months ago, and I'm still waiting for my deposit back after staying for just one month. Edit Since writing this review, I reached out to Regus as suggested, I recieved poor communication, little customer service and I am still to this day waiting on my deposit. In total 1 month at Regus meant to be charge charged at £800, cost me over £3000. We used the office for 1 week before being made to feel so unwelcomed we packed and moved out immediatly. To date I remain bitter and angry and I will continue to tell everyone I meet to always avoid this company. My 28k connections on linkedIn know all about it and they will be reminded every year to avoid this awful company. Bunch of con artists
