Very poor service, but most importantly they cheat customers, avoid this company! At the time of reservation, the price is for 4 hours. the rent of the hall was agreed to be 68 Eur, i.e. 17 euros/hour and after spending 20 minutes longer, the price became more than 91 eur+VAT, i.e. 23.4 Eur only for less than 20 minutes! Customers are obviously being cheated and money is debited from the card instantly at the administrator's decision. They can think that 20 minutes costs 500Eur and write off, although the conditions clearly state: additional time according to the customer's standard price, i.e. should have been 17eur an hour, not 23, 4eur for 20 minutes. The comment that it's after hours, which is nowhere to be found, and the Facebook account says it's open 24/7. Scammers

There is room for improvement with customer service... An appointment was made. My call was rejected when I arrived at the location + no one even bothered to call me back afterwards. I wrote an email, unfortunately there was no response... Will I want to return? Not really. Good luck with your development!
